Different type of shooting and that's The Nikon d850 and the Canon 5D Mark IV The Nikon d850 has a 45 megapixel sensor Where the Canon 5D Mark IV only has a 30 Megapixel sensor but it's not about the Numbers personally I prefer the high Resolution of the Nikon d850 but the Canon 5D Mark IV has way better colors And you actually need to do way less Editing when it comes to skin tones and Colors so it really depends on what kind Of shooter you are are you someone that Likes to get it in heavily edit your Photos or do you prefer the organic look Of natural colors both cameras shoot at 7 frames per second which isn't fast Enough for sports or wildlife and these Are really not meant for that but it's Good enough for everything else Including fashion real estate weddings Or just shooting cool stuff in general However the Nikon d850 does have the Ability to attach a battery grip which Allows you to shoot faster at nine Frames per second which I kind of feel Like is a win for the Nikon the biggest Difference really comes down to video Both the 5D and the Nikon d850 shoot 4K But the Canon shoots at 4K 24 30 frames Per second with c-log for wider dynamic Range so you can get in there and fine Tune your colors but it crops into the Sensor and it basically becomes an aps-c Camera in video mode and at that rate
