Ford Maverick Hybrid Hypermiling Hack: Stay in Electric Mode (#shorts)

Hi I'm Dustin Abbott and I gave you my Full review of my 2022 Maverick XLT Hybrid a will a while back but today I'm Here with a hyper-miling trick when I First started driving the Maverick I Found that my main commute was not Really all that efficient for driving in A hybrid but I found a hack to help me To get maximum mileage and that is Rather than just cruising along at 52 or 53 miles an hour which is my typical Speed on my route I found that if I Would accelerate past that point and Then allow the speed to drop back down To my desired Zone it would actually Drop it often into electric mode and it Would hold it there for long periods of Time and so as a byproduct my mileage Started to really go up another Pro tip Is if you can actually use your cruise Control to help to hold that speed it Helps you to maintain in that sweet spot Where you can really maximize the Mileage and I found that I added on Anywhere between 8 and 10 miles per Gallon by employing that trick hope it Helps you too [Music]
